The last couple of months I have been busy with the Spring wedding fayres in Hampshire and Surrey. Wedding fayres are a great opportunity for bride and grooms to meet a number of wedding suppliers in one place and gain inspiration and creative ideas from the various products and services on display for their own wedding. I love meeting potential Jennifer’s brides at wedding fayres.
Thank you for GLive, Captivating Events (at Norton Park Hotel). Kelly and PMN at Barnett Hill and Gemma of Little Star Events at Radisson Blu Edwardian and Alton House Hotel for arranging some amazing wedding fayres. With the Spring Fayres finished for me now, I’m looking forward to the busy wedding season.
For me although meeting bride and grooms is key to exhibiting at wedding fayre, there is a much bigger picture. I love being part of the wedding industry and have gained some amazing wedding supplier friends over the many years I have been a wedding photographer. So for me, the extra that comes with exhibiting at a wedding fayre is the the opportunity to catch up with existing wedding suppliers friends and meet lots of new ones.
One of my favourite events company is Little Star Events and I love how Gemma is always making sure that Little Star event planning and wedding fayres are something quite unique. Providing something different for both bride and grooms and also the suppliers who commit their time to exhibiting is high on Gemma’s priorities for her company.
As a wedding supplier, I work with a number of wedding suppliers to create styled photo shoots which provides suppliers with amazing portfolio images and allows me to be creative and showcase beautiful images. It’s also fun and we get to work with some amazing models.
I was delighted to be able to collaborate with Gemma at Little Star Events and bring together wedding fayres and styled shoots. Suppliers have taken the time and expense to showcase their products at the wedding fayre so what an amazing opportunity to use those products at the wedding fayre and combine with a styled shoot. Gemma and I tried this concept at the recent Little Star Events Vintage Wedding Fayre at Alton House and it worked brilliantly. I’m delighted to share with you images from an amazing creative team:
