I loved taking Gary and Elise’s photographs for their wedding at Chiseldon House Hotel in Wiltshire. Gary and Elise decided on a very British theme for their wedding. Elise used to live in London and love the royal family. Elise and her Mother were big fans of the golden jubilee and went to London dressed head to toe in red and white. So it was a given that their wedding theme would be red and blue. It did look amazing and great to photograph!
Not feeling very well the previous day, an early night and the excitement in the Pearce house when I arrived in the morning was the perfect tonic for a great day photographing their wedding. I love the closeness of the family and how they made me feel very welcome. There was lots of singing to get the wedding day started on a high.
I loved the big red bus Elise and the bridesmaids arrived it. The perfect choice of transport for Eli and Gary’s themed wedding. Elise had decided to go for the ceremony outside and was definitely the right choice. It was such a beautiful ceremony and not too cold for the guests.
For the wedding breakfast, a traditional British meal of Fish and Chips went down with the guests. The wedding breakfast room decoration looked amazing. There was a bit of a surprise for Eli and Gary during the dessert when the waiters started singing. Would definitely recommend 1st Cal Entertainment for their singing waiters. What a fantastic surprise and Gary and Eli loved it. Even Grandad being pushed around in his wheelchair loved it. Eli and Gary definitely had one of their best days ever. It was such a pleasure to share their wedding day.
