I had a great time on Friday 6th August taking Tara and Dean’s wedding photographs at Wellington Barn near Calne.
I arrived at Tara’s house in Westbury in the morning ready to take photographs of bride and bridesmaids getting ready. Even little kitten Ruby loved being involved. Tara looked stunning. I had first met Tara just over two years ago when Tara was a bridesmaid at the wedding of Amanda and Dai’s which I had also taken photographs. It was lovely that Tara had asked me to take her wedding photographs too.
One of my favourite photographs is one that shows tears and laughter. Mum and sister Charlotte have tears whereas Bev and Amanda are smiling. It captures all the emotions. Mum and Dad’s face when Tara walks in the room shows just how proud they are of their daughter.
I love the bride and groom photographs of Dean and Tara. Even though Dean wasn’t too keen on having photographs taken, the wiltshire countryside at Wellington Barn made a great spot for him to feel relaxed. They make such a great couple.
Page Boy, Williams did well selling table favour chocolates to the groom. After such a successful business deal with the groom, he thought he was onto a winner so went around selling chocolates to guests. He was chuffed to bits with his £50 he got from selling favours. He has the making of a very successful business man.
The guests were all great and made me feel so welcome. They were only too pleased to pose for the camera. Everyone had such a great time.
It was such a lovely day and a real pleasure to be able to take Dean and Tara’s photographs.
Congratulations Dean and Tara and look forward to catching up when you get back from your honeymoon.
